Emirates Post has implemented some service changes to its Customer Happiness Centers for the month of Ramadan during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
We have increased precautionary protocols across the majority of our Customer Happiness Centers, such as conducting thermal temperature checks and the installation of sanitization tunnels at our central branches.
The majority of our Customer Happiness Centers will remain open with increased precautionary measures and modified opening times, whilst some centers will have their services temporarily transferred to other branches as of Sunday April 26, 2020. Our Centers will open from 9am-2pm from Sunday to Thursday, whilst our Customer Contact Centre will operate from 8am – 6pm. Our courier and parcel delivery operations will continue unchanged.
