World Vegan Day, Sun Nov 1st 2020

The date celebrates vegan awareness across the planet, that is, an act of protest against the consumption of products of animal origin.

Veganism does not recommend eating animal foods and dairy products, such as milk and eggs, for example. Vegans are even more extreme than vegetarians. In fact, do you know the difference between vegans and vegetarians?

Vegetarians do not consume animal foods (meat, fish, chickens, etc.). Vegans, in turn, do not consume animal foods, also do not use anything that has anything to do with animals, and that includes clothes, cosmetics and even medicines. In short, being vegan is not just a matter of consuming the food, but also a whole way of life without any contact with products derived from animals.
