Interesting Facts about Fujairah
Fujairah City is the capital of the emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates. It is the seventh-largest city in UAE, located on the Gulf of Oman. It is the only Emirati capital city on the UAE’s east coast.
Why Fujairah location is important?
Fujairah’s economy is based on fishing and agriculture. Its land is irrigated by rainwater from the Hajjar mountains. Due to its strategic position, it is the UAE’s only access to the Indian Ocean.
