Sakamkam Fort
The fort was built of burnt mud with gravel, mud, palm fronds, and wood was also used to make roofs. In a long time ago East Sakamkam was a creek called Khor Thaltho, it was famous at the time, and its effects seem to exist until now after the winds, torrents, and valleys have destroyed the fort features. It was built by Hamad bin Abdullah al-Sharqi to face the raids, wars, and battles witnessed in the region.
