Al Taif Business Centre Fujairah’s newest mixed-use development

Al Taif Business Centre, Fujairah’s new mixed-use landmark, developed by Al Taif Investment, a joint venture between Dubai Investments and the Fujairah Investment Establishment has hit a construction milestone with 95% project completion.

The AED 470 million project is located within the town centre of Fujairah City on Al Maktoum Road (just off the Hamad Bin Abdulla Road) bordering Fujairah International Airport from the other side of the building. Currently, the final touches on the fit-outs are progressing steadily and the developer aims to complete offices and the mall works in Q1 2021.

The two-tower structure has 19 floors each, divided between the mall and the office tower and the hotel and hotel apartments’ tower. Construction works on the hotel and hotel apartment tower has also been progressing steadily and should also be ready for handover in Q2 2021.

The project, spread across 2 towers of 19 floors each, comprises of the mall and the office tower and the hotel and hotel apartments tower. Al Taif Mall, the G+2 level shopping mall, is spread across both the towers and is equipped with the basement and a retail area comprising of 45 retail outlets including a supermarket in core and shell set-up, food outlets, restaurants with outdoor terrace facility and an addition of 12 stores located in the basement to be used by the retail tenants as a convenient and secured storage area.

The mall is also equipped with retail parking spaces designed to accommodate over 670 vehicles. Meanwhile, the office spaces are located from the third (3) floor onwards up to the nineteenth (19) floor have been designed to provide spaces in core and shell set-up. It also provides options for tailormade offices to suit varied requirements.

The tower features a total of 19 office spaces. “Our foray into Fujairah with our flagship project Al Taif Business Centre was strategically planned to tap into the evolving needs of the emirate,” said Khaled Bin Kalban, vice chairman and CEO, Dubai Investments.

“With this project, we are not only boosting and promoting the appeal of Fujairah as a retail and entertainment destination, but also contributing to be part of an ambitious program as outlined by the government of Fujairah, aimed at implementing strong economic and social foundations, revitalizing the emirate.”
