What I love about this recipe for Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge, is that it is so simple to make! It has minimal ingredients and it is prefect for whipping up something quick for if are in the mood for something sweet.
Ingredients:
1x Cup smooth peanut butter
1x Cup butter or margarine
4x Cups Icing sugar
Instructions:
- Line a 20cm X 20cm baking container with wax paper. Allow the wax paper to be a little longer than the edge of the dish to make it easier to remover the fudge when you are finished.
- In a large microwave bowl, add the peanut butter and butter together.
- Melt the peanut butter and butter together at 30 second interval; stirring ingredients together well after each heating interval. This goes quiet quicky as it takes 1.5 – 2 minutes in total.
- Using a spatula, fold in the icing sugar one cup at a time. You will notice the batter becomes like a rather thick dough at the end.
- Transfer the fudge better into the baking pan and smooth out the surface with a spatula to make sure the batter is spread evenly.
- Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
- Once it is set you can cut it into blocks and serve! I got about 25 fairly large blocks out
