Fourth Fujairah International Triathlon Championship

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi crowned the winners of the fourth edition of the Fujairah International Triathlon Championship. The event was organized by the Fujairah Martial Arts Club and saw the participation of 337 athletes.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi praised the advanced organizational level of the championship, emphasizing its importance in promoting sports in Fujairah and supporting the sports sector at the national level.

Nader Abu Shaawish, the director of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, highlighted the wide participation of athletes from various age groups and nationalities. He also underscored the significant support from His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah for the club’s sports activities and the competitions it hosts.

Winners in different categories include:

1. Hamed Al Yammahi – 3rd place in the Junior category.
2. Mohammed Al Yammahi – 1st place in the Super Sprint category.
3. Rashid Al Kaabi – 2nd place in the Super Sprint category.
4. Hamad Saeed Al Hafeiti – 1st place in the Super Sprint category.
5. Ali Al Yammahi – 3rd place in the Super Sprint category.
6. Hamad Al Kandy – 1st place in the Super Sprint category.
7. Rashid Al Ali – 3rd place in the Super Sprint category.
8. Saif Al Samahi – 1st place in the Sprint category for citizens.
9. Abdullah Al Ali – 2nd place in the Sprint category for citizens.
10. Yousef Al Hanaei – 3rd place in the Sprint category for citizens.
11. Khalid Al Kaabi – 2nd place in the Sprint category.
12. Khuloud Al Mazmi – 2nd place in the Sprint category for citizens.
13. Asmaa Al Janaahi – 2nd place in the Olympic category for citizens.
14. Jabor – 2nd place in the Olympic category.

The Fujairah International Triathlon Championship closing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zayoudi, the director of the office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah, and members of the UAE Triathlon Federation and fans of this sport.
