Fujairah CP visits Customer Happiness Centre

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, on January 23rd, has emphasized the significant role of institutional government services in improving the quality of life for community members. He highlighted the commitment of the Fujairah government, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, to enhance government services, reinforce the country’s global leadership, and fulfill the future vision and goals in this field.

These remarks were made during his visit to the Fujairah Customer Happiness Centre, operated by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security. During the visit, a 5-star rating plaque for government services in 2023 was unveiled, awarded to the Fujairah Customer Happiness Centre.

His Highness was welcomed by Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, the Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security, along with other senior officers and officials. During the visit, His Highness familiarized himself with the center’s operations, received an overview of the continuous improvement processes in the service system, and learned about future development plans aimed at elevating customer satisfaction and achieving leadership positions in local, regional, and international service provision.

His Highness commended the readiness of the Fujairah Customer Happiness Centre’s work teams and the notable evolution of its services, praising the significant efforts and vital role played by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security in developing government service systems and delighting customers.

In response, Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, the Director General, stated that the visit of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, to the Fujairah Customer Happiness Centre was a significant event to encourage the center’s staff and teams to exert more effort and adopt developmental plans that ensure sustainability in service delivery, aiming to delight customers and enhance their quality of life by meeting their expectations proactively.

His Highness was accompanied during the visit by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
