Crown Prince of Fujairah opens the “Platform 09” exhibition
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, emphasized the importance of fostering communication among entrepreneurs and project owners to inspire and implement innovative ideas.
This was highlighted during His Highness’s inauguration of the 11th edition of the “Platform 09” exhibition in Fujairah’s Al Rumailah district. Held under the patronage of Sheikha Shamsa bint Hamad Al Sharqi, daughter of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, the exhibition is themed “Garden of Ideas.”
The opening ceremony was attended by Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Culture & Media Authority, Sheikh Maktoum bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Sheikh Saif bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Free Zone Authority, Sheikh Eng. Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director General of the Fujairah Digital Government Department, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi. Also present was His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
Sheikh Mohammed reaffirmed the commitment of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi to supporting creative and pioneering projects in Fujairah, recognizing their role in strengthening the emirate’s creative industries and entrepreneurship on both national and global scales.
During his tour of the exhibition, His Highness explored various sections showcasing innovative approaches to transforming inspiration into tangible ideas. The exhibition features interactive platforms that engage visitors, aligning with this year’s theme, “Garden of Ideas,” which provides a dynamic space for creativity to flourish.
This edition of Platform 09 enhances opportunities for idea exchange across diverse artistic and creative fields, supporting ventures in art, fashion, and design. Running until February 2nd, the exhibition offers creative spaces for talents and entrepreneurs, including workshops, interactive lectures, and dialogue sessions, enriching visitors’ experiences with discovery, engagement, and knowledge.
