Crown Prince of Fujairah briefed on preparations for the World Karate Premier League
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, received in his office in the Prince’s Office, Major General Nasser Al Razouki, President of the UAE and Asian Federations, Vice President of the International Karate Federation, and members of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Karate Federation.
During the meeting, His Highness listened to the preparatory action plan for the World Karate League Championship, scheduled to be held in Fujairah in February 2022 with the participation of a large number of athletes from various teams and clubs.
His Highness Crown Prince of Fujairah praised the honorable results achieved by the tournament in the record of its previous copies, wishing the organizing committee success in the success of organizing the championship in Fujairah.
His Highness stressed the emirate’s readiness to host the important sporting event and provide support and harness the necessary potential to succeed and achieve its goals, thereby enhancing the emirate’s presence in the field of sports globally.
The objectives of the tournament, which attracts karate players from different countries and contributes to their qualification for world championships, have been reviewed, and on the sidelines of the tournament will be organized the largest course to qualify referees for the international level.
For their part, members of the Emirates Karate Federation thanked Crown Prince of Fujairah for his support in the sports field and his interest in the success of local and international sports competitions held on Fujairah.
The Emirates Karate Federation, represented by its President, Major General Nasser Al-Razuki, presented his Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah with a “9 Dan” belt and an honorary certificate in recognition of His Highness’s support for combat sports and self-defense games.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Salem Al-Zahmi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
