Fujairah Women’s Padel Tennis Championship
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi crowned the first winners of the Fujairah Women’s Padel Tennis Championship, held under his patronage in Padel Zone in Fujairah in cooperation with the UAE Padel Association.
The duo of Aisha Behrouzian Al Awadi from the UAE and Eva from Spain secured the first-place position with a perfect score, winning all their matches. Nujla Isa from the UAE and Elena from Spain took the second place, while the Emirati pair Aliaa Taher and Hamda Bu Amim secured the third place.
Sheikh Al Sharqi congratulated the winning players, praising their high-level performance and considering the players a promising project for the future. He also commended the efforts of the organizers in conducting the tournament successfully.
Aisha Behrouzian Al Awadi expressed her happiness at winning the championship, especially since it was her first victory in the Fujairah tournament. She thanked the tournament’s sponsor and the organizing committee, describing Fujairah’s hosting of the championship as an opportunity that opened doors for Emirati and resident women to compete and win. She hoped that Fujairah Women’s Padel Tennis Championship would be organized more than once a year to make use of the excellent infrastructure in the Padel Zone.
